Marine PC's & WIFI by IslandTime PC

S/V Dot's Way

In January, 2008 S/V Dot's Way, a Cabo Rico 38, got a late start south with a new IslandTime Wireless WiFi System added to their IslandTime PC, Pentium M computer. They've sent a few pictures of their installation and have been sending screen shots of their WiFi scans from various anchorages and marinas along the way.

Dot's Way chose to mount their IslandTime WiFi on their Garhauer Radar tower.  They tell me that they have to turn off the system when operating the radar to avoid interference.
