Now Available,  Intel Atom N270 systems using as little as 14 watts with 4 RS232 serial ports & 8 USB2.0 ports.
Bring all your NMEA and other serial data streams to the computer as standard RS232 and let the navigation program do the NMEA multiplexing.  With 4 com ports there is generally no need for Serial to USB converters.  Pactor, SSB control, GPS, AIS, wind instruments & NMEA output of selected sentences to other listeners.
